“The day you think you’ve got it down and learned it all, you might as well quit because you’re not open to learning more.”

-Mark Shipman, personal trainer

Episode 23 is an entertaining and inspiring one— Mark Shipman, a personal trainer and now sales specialist at Peloton has had quite the fitness career (and he’s not stopping now)! You’ll get to hear about all of the studios he’s been a part of in Dallas, Texas, how he got to travel the world to consult and help others open spin studios, how he met Jillian Michaels and began working with her and more. He’s now at Peloton (Northpark Center in Dallas), so we of course touch on our favorite instructors and what they’re up to. Hope you all enjoy!

In this episode, we talk about:

  • a little bit about his background and how he got into fitness

  • what he did to travel the world and help other people open spin studios

  • his own health/fitness journey

  • how he got the gig with Jillian Michaels & what he did with her

  • his new role at Peloton

  • how he takes care of himself

  • & more
